At my dad's apartment, with my uncle. We are trying (unsuccessfully) to hack his 24" iMac :)

Had a hoagie and birch beer and Tastykakes. Still not crying. Will see my brother in a bit and stuff though. Funeral tomorrow. Hmm.

I've reading LJ so irregulary-- just heard the news about your Dad. I'm so sorry for your loss. Had to be a shock, even under the circumstances.

You might contact an Apple Store to inquire about how to handle stuff on his iMac. Folks there tend to be really good with dealing with customers, even in odd situations like this. I'm guessing there's one in Philly, otherwise contacting them online might help.
