I'm gonna write this super-fast or try to at least. We'll see.
This morning, it was raining. I also overslept -- I woke up at 8:30 instead of 7:45. How odd to think things like that. I got to Northgate at 9ish, but finding parking sucked so I missed the 9:04 bus by like two minutes. It was raining. I got drenched. I got more drenched while walking from the busway to work.
But work was good. I wrote more code today! Wheeee.
Edgars went to the Mariners - A's game with me tonight. I bought a Mariners mug so I'll have a good mug to drink tea from at work. I also failed to see Jason Kendall before the game again. I wrote an entry on Marinerds about the game and I don't have time to summarize it here, aside from "Extra innings! We win! Arr!"
The guy who sits in the seats next to mine, who had mentioned there being 20 ways for a player to reach first, actually found the rulebook chapter for me and printed it out and brought it to the game. It was pretty funny. It includes things such as "if a game is suspended with a runner on first and that player is traded prior to the makeup game, another player can take his place". Oi.
It was good to see Edgars, and good to go to the game.
I also baked brownies when I got home for D&D tomorrow, which really didn't take that long, but I've been trying to catch up on all the online stuff I ignored all day while at work and at the baseball game. I guess it'll be better in future days since I don't have another home game until July 14th. It has been a pretty crazy hectic full week for me. I'm still not sure what I'm up to this weekend though.
I had a really weird conversation online before I went to sleep yesterday which raised a lot of strange meta things, but I really need to sleep now instead of talking about it.

oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that the "changeup" seat thing where the Moose comes and moves people into diamond club seats? it was four people in our row. like, I have 334, row 14, seats 11-12, the guys next to me are 9-10, and the people who got moved up were seats 5-8.
