I like eggplant parmesan. The kind that's breaded and fried crispy and topped with spaghetti sauce and cheese, and preferably comes with a side of pasta. I don't really get what's up with these places that serve you a bowl of soggy eggplant and cheese and expect you to like it. Geez.
