Unsunny Day Sunday

I accidentally ruined one of my dress shirts today, the nice white one I've been wearing to work quite a bit lately. I did laundry in the afternoon, and as usual I took a load of stuff to dry in the dryers at the coin laundry down the street. Only thing that I think I did different this time is that I didn't dry things in a net, since I was doing a second load of laundry in the meantime and had the net in the washing machine. So, the shirt came out with all of these marks all over it and I actually think they're BURN marks. I suppose I could try to wash it again and see if the marks come out, but I'm not holding out much hope. Ugh.

Also, the guy next door was VERY careful to not actually talk to me while we were both doing laundry. As in, I'd come outside to put fabric softener in the machine and he would disappear into his apartment until I went back inside. I know Japanese people don't like to talk to their neighbors, but this is pretty ridiculous.

Anyway, I decided to go up to the nearby Jusco and ( go shopping to try to replace my dress shirt, part 1 )

I came home and changed and stuff and then went off to Ueno to meet up with people for the GEOS bounenkai. It sucked. That's all I have to say about it. I want my Sunday back.

To make up for it all ( I went shopping again. )

I guess in the end everything worked out. Also, the fruit salad was really good. But, it's REALLY cold out now. It's actually supposed to go down to freezing tonight for the first time this year, I believe. Yikes.
