the weekend, not particularly exciting

I spent most of today cleaning the place because my brother and his wife are going to be here tomorrow for a day or two. Whee. Actually, that is what I have been doing for most of the weekend. I cleaned the bathtub and toilet and bathroom, and cleaned off the counter in my kitchen area, and picked up some clutter, and did laundry, and what have you. I still need to vacuum, I guess. The place doesn't look great, of course, but it looks better than it did before.
The time I have not been cleaning has been spent going out to dinner with friends. Last night I went to Taste of India with Brian (not G, not R, but M) and babbled more about Puzzle Hunt for a few hours. Good stuff, and I really hadn't been to ToI in WAY TOO LONG. Mmmm.
