Saturday - Berkeley

We went out to Berkeley this morning... went to Kui's house, where we met up with Josh (who is otherwise known as Aralyn in our crew in PP). Hm, so we went to campus for most of the afternoon. Walked around, got Mexican food, then went into "Games at Berkeley" or whatever and hung out there forever and ever. They had tons of ducks which I was forced to buy. Kui and Jeff worked on a chess problem and I played some Set and looked around at games... Josh and I played Katamino which is kinda like carping but not quite, it was pretty neat. After a while we finally got out of that store, and walked around campus more, and went back to Kui's place and played Pokemon Puzzle League, mmmm. That was fun. Josh and I had one round of 3-D that took over an hour because each round went 15+ minutes, no joke. Oi.

I logged into PP for a little while... Weaver's back! well, not really. I also lost my nav ultimate while trying to get it in Diamond, oh well. And then realized it was silly to be logged into PP and we all went out for Ethiopian food for dinner, and then came back and played Corsari, a card game I picked up at the games store... it's a piratey-themed rummy game, essentially. We played that for a while, then more PPL, then left for the night, and are back in SF now, driving down to LA tomorrow. (argh Oren, I need to call you...)

/me is all sad and will miss Kuibbles lots because he's super-cool, but is looking forward to trying to catch some baseball and PNM in south california.
