yay for 11-5 smackdown

I don't really know what to write. I wrote a lot earlier today after all. And there's not much to add except that I went to the Mariners game tonight alone on a whim, sat 10 rows behind home plate a little towards 3rd (section 132, row 10, seat 13), took a ton of digital camera pictures and hopefully I can see them soon, failed to get an Edgar Duck, ate ichirolls for dinner, and got to see 3/4 of my favorite Mariners play pretty well - Olerud made an awesome dive AND HE HIT A 414-FOOT HOME RUN :) :) :), Bloomquist had great fielding and an awesome steal, and Meche got his 11th win, pulling him out of his winless July. (Since the Mariners were up 7-0 in the second inning, I was thinking Meche would have to work hard to LOSE the game...) Sadly I don't think I've seen Hasegawa pitch in a while. Timing, I guess. Another fun moment was when Ichiro and Randy Winn did a double steal. It was awesome, they're so fast and they both were safe! The music trivia song was Disco Duck. There were a lot of duck jokes because of the Edgar Duck night thing, see. Also, people were actually throwing back the home runs the Tigers hit. They almost hit Ichiro with one of them :O

Sitting 10 rows back from home plate was AWESOME, btw. Next time I need to sit 10 rows back but on the Mariners dugout side instead. Seriously, it's like, the field was just so close and the players were like RIGHT THERE, like I could see their faces... I could tell how some of them are soooo tall and all... I could see how big home plate is... I could TELL the strikes from the balls. I got a little caught up in taking pictures and didn't appreciate where I was enough, I think... but I have nearly as good seats for tomorrow (just 9 rows back and over a little), and I won't bring the camera. God. I wish I could get season tickets in like... section 126 or 127, row 10 or less... GOD THAT WOULD RULE. But I doubt they do that for 16-game plans :( But at least the tickets would only cost $38 each that way, no ticketmaster raping charges, etc.

Uh, came home, goofed off. Looking at my pictures from the game now, maybe I'll put some up if I can edit them well...
