I met a meta journal
Jan. 16th, 2003 10:03 amHeh. I was removed from a friend's friends list, and saw that they had a post basically saying "I'm culling my friends list, if you want to stay on, please respond". So I was going to reply to say "Hey, that's cool if you're uncomfortable keeping me on your list - I know my posts are probly boring to you, but I liked reading about you, even if I didn't comment much". Except that... well, they've made it so people not on their friends list can't post to their journal. Oops.
So if anyone wants to tell
fiannaharpar that I would have posted that to her journal, feel free :)
Bleh, I suck. I try really hard to keep this as a journal for myself primarily, so I write a lot. I want to be able to go back and remember big chunks of my life from reading my entries. That's important to me. But, I'm not sure how to do it in a way that doesn't alienate other people... since I like being able to read other people's journals, especially the friends-only ones. And lj-cutting all of them doesn't *really* seem like a solution to me, because a) then I have trouble rereading my own journal 'cause I have to keep clicking on all the links, and b) about half the time I don't bother to read through major LJ-cuts unless they're tagged well.
Oh well. I'll ponder it on the bus to work (yes, I'm running late).
