Starting off the week

You know what I think I miss the most about baseball season, in a way? Well, second to having games to go to? I kind of miss waking up and having a bunch of emails from my Japanese friends on my cellphone about various baseball stuff. Even if half the time it was just something like "Good morning... man... I heard Sweeney's starting again tonight, will you be watching the game on TV?" or "Good morning! Hey, you know the game tomorrow night? Should we save you a seat?" etc.

I dunno. I guess I could send them emails like "Good morning! Man, it's cold, huh?" but that wouldn't be the same.

*sigh* Don't remind me; this was supposed to be the offseason I was planning my Japan trip before I got laid off in March. I should be looking at when I can visit Mazda Stadium. T____T
