Seattle is funky
Yay. We hung out with
mh75 for the afternoon after our nap, and the evening. We went to Capitol Hill and walked around for a while - Eli got to go to a bookstore. The bookstore ("Twice Sold Books" I think?) had a whole ton of cats wandering around it. I took pictures of them. After that we called Josh but he wasn't ready for dinner yet, so we went to the Mongolian BBQ thingy and had waaaaay too much stir-fry. It was good though. Then we came home and made a few plans and hung out and now I guess it's almost midnight here or almost 3am back home. Heh.
Something I want to mention, that rocks about Megan: despite that I haven't seen her in person much in the past three years I can still talk to her as if she left CMU yesterday. that's so cool. I wonder what things will be like with most of my friends after they/I leave...

A couple of weekends ago, I met with someone I haven't seen since I was 17 (we were volunteers together at the Museum when we were in High School). Except for taking a break to look at pictures of her daughter, it was like when we would have lunch at Pace's. It's always nice to have friends that you can re-connect with like that.
