hmm
I went back to Higashi-Fushimi for more hockey today with Simon and his posse, so I can get more "honorary Canadian" cred. Today was the true final game for the Seibu Prince Rabbits, who lost 3-2 to the Kushiro Nippon Paper Cranes. The Cranes' goalie Ishikawa is freaking unreal and that's all that needs to be said (he was accordingly given the series MVP award). This time, I brought my big camera and I went right down to the ice and took a bunch of shots of pregame, and I also shot some during the game. I think they're good photos, but I'm not a hockey expert. I'm also too lazy to go through them right now.
I watched Japan beat the USA in the WBC, and I did laundry today and I paid some bills. I sent off a resume to another place and got a "we have no jobs" from them, which is at least nice of them to say up front rather than wasting my time. I guess if I send out at least one resume per day, I'll consider myself to be making headway, but...
It's cold again. Grr.
