Honestly I thought there was no way in hell I'd actually see him, but I also somehow thought that wearing a Chunichi shirt would at least make it so I could yell "OTSUKA-SAN!!!!" and point to my shirt or something if I did see him. Which of course I'd never have the nerve to do anyway. So it's a good thing it worked out like it did. Crazy.
If not for the fact that literally 90% of the stuff I get signed is ticket stubs, and I sort of keep them just to remember games I went to and all that, I would be happy to give it to you. I think he's the only current MLB player who used to be on Chunichi though, unless Kosuke comes over here...
