Saying nothing or something

I guess it was a reasonable day. I got to work mostly on time, got work done, slept on the bus on the way home (today's 6:15 driver fare was a Jedi knight or $1.25), and walked through a ton of rain.

I lifted weights at the gym. I realized I've been at the gym a lot but not lifting... I'm exercising like four times a week now though, isn't that good? I still need to get a new swimsuit. That might actually be a good chore for when I'm on the east coast.

I had four things to accomplish tonight and I accomplished three. That's pretty good.

Amusing note: watched episode 9 of Hitokoi, thought the guy who plays Saitoh looked really familiar, and then I realized it was the same guy who played freaking Murai in GTO. He looks waaaaay different, seven years later.

The dude who drives the bus I can catch home at 6:15 always says something like "We are now leaving the Ride Free Zone. Upon exiting the bus, your fare will be _______________ .... or $1.25."

The fare is actually $1.25. What goes in the blanks is always different. One time it was "a half pound of Rainier cherries", another time it was "a barrel of monkeys". One time it was "a quadratic equation", and Carl and I were riding home together that day, so I spent the bus ride reading and he spent it writing up a quadratic equation, which he gave to the bus driver instead of using his bus pass. The driver said, "Well done."
