It's May now.

Today, hmm. I went grocery shopping, and I played in a few rounds of the Spring blockade, and I baked cupcakes, and I walked to Red Mill for dinner and back, and I went to Josh and Megan's house, where I played board games (Taj Mahal, which I won by 2 points over Justin, and San Juan, which Cory and Josh both owned at because of Chapels), and watched some weird "Date With Design" TV show.

Yar.

I turn 28 in a week.

Hmm, that happens to be the day I plan on heading up to IZ.

And I hit 26 in a week myself.

i 'ding'ed 28 a couple weeks back myself. it just felt odd to me to be 28. ever since turning like 25 or so i've felt odd about aging, not in a sense of denial really but just surprise i guess... i tend not to think about my age. birthdays remind us of it though and it's so odd to think that so much of what i identify with is 5 years, 10 years in the past... and people i talk to now don't always know it as many of my friends are in their early 20s, heh.

well, an early happy birthday to you!

oh, and in an odd note there's a shop now in Chinatown (called Pink Godzilla or something?) that stocks import games, including oddities such as pop'n'music controllers and games and the like. you may wanna check them out, or not. they're not the cheapest place in the world btu they occasionally have good deals on used obscurities. ^_^
