My weekend
Friday night I came home and did OCL, as noted before. I didn't do much else that evening of note, except a bunch of Para Para dancing. I got out the J-Euro tape and just did a whole ton of the songs. It's surprisingly good exercise, probably because I'm in surprisingly bad shape.
Saturday I had a very geeky day hanging out with Brian. Geeky included Math'n'Stuff, Gary's Games, and playing Boggle and Pokemon Puzzle League. Yeehaw.
Sunday I woke up too late for the blockades... ahh well. Chris and I went to Blue C Sushi (where I saw Eli across the restaurant, oooooo) and then to the Loews downtown to see In Good Company. I have to admit it was a surprisingly good movie... or maybe I just thought the chemistry was really pretty concrete between Topher Grace, Dennis Quaid, and Scarlett Johansson. I wish I could figure out exactly when I stopped disliking Dennis Quaid and started thinking he's actually a pretty good actor. Probably sometime around Frequency. And even though I've never seen That 70's Show or whatever, I've always admired Topher Grace, since Traffic. So, yeah. The cast was full of random cool people.
I actually cleaned my apartment up a bit this weekend, too. Not much, but enough that it looks like there's a bit more space than before.
Oh, and I was good and called my brother today. It was his birthday. I am a bad sister for forgetting to get him anything, but a good sister for remembering at least to call him. He was watching the Super Bowl at the time. I hear my "home team" of the Iggles lost 24-21. Ah well.
