Oh, welcome to December!
What I did today, too. Well, I went to work, getting there earlier than usual but still later than most. I'm getting better, though. I did some work. I hung out for Looterati Tuesday. I made some incredibly bad jokes (Squid: "We're going to get back at those Evil Vikings!" Me: "Err, wouldn't that be 'Revenge of the Nords'?"). I stopped at Best Buy on the way home to get the new Eddie from Ohio album, but wouldn't you know it, they didn't have it (but they did have most of their other albums that I don't have, so I uh... I bought four of them). I picked up the Garden State soundtrack, which at $9.99 is undoubtedly one of the best CD deals anyone can get right now - I advise picking up a copy. Also got the third Harry Potter movie on DVD. I wonder if I'll get around to watching it again any time soon.
I stopped by Sunset to play DDR. I black-flagged Be In My Paradise. Fear me.
I remembered to do two other chores: grocery shopping, and scheduling my car to be checked up. Now I just need to remember to pay rent. I'm a total chore-whore lately. I didn't do much cleaning though -- I got caught up talking to C on Puzzle Pirates, and unfortunately we get carried away with conversations sometimes. On the other hand he taught me some stuff about combo timing in the sailing puzzle and now I am at all Ultimates again! (Not counting Spades. I refuse to play it. It's neither puzzley nor piratey.)
Oh, and in the meantime I've been working on this parody of American Pie the last two days, see, and I just posted it. Woo, go me. I should write more non-PP songs, honestly.
What the heck, how is it December already? This year went by so fast, and yet so slow.
