Okay, here's the plan for Thanksgiving. This entry is public so my mom can see it and be overjoyed that I'll be spending Thanksgiving with her. I'll probly be in Austin for New Year's or something instead. Well, we'll burn that bridge when we come to it. Anyway:

Anyway, so the deal is, I get to Pittsburgh on Friday morning Nov 19. I'm gonna play Capture the Stuff With Flags that night, but I have no plan for during the day except "wander campus" as of yet. I actually don't have much planned at all yet. Ideas include dancing at Wightman (if anyone will go with me) on Saturday night, and Sunday Dinner of some sort. And of course I'd love to make it to Del's and Mad Mex and Tessaro's and all my favorite places but I don't expect to.

But, what I really need to ask is, can anyone in Pittsburgh let me crash at their place Tuesday (and maybe Wednesday) night of that week? See, I'm staying with Carl for the weekend, but he's skipping town for Thanksgiving on Tuesday morning. I'm vaguely kinda-sorta assuming that if I really need to I can stay at my stepfather's parents' house on Thursday night for sure, and maybe Wednesday night too, but I don't think I want to get stuck all the way out in the middle of nowhere (they live in Beaver, which is like an hour out of Pittsburgh) for like three days straight... though it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world :) I could go to the Beaver Valley Mall and try to play DDR for old times' sake, and I could read books and do other things that people do without internet access. Har, we'll see.

Oh, err, I have another big favor to ask, does anyone in Seattle think they could give me a ride to the airport that Thursday night and a ride back that Friday evening after? I can probly take the bus if not, but I'm totally not leaving my car at the airport for a week :)

Man, I'm just a barrel of favor-asking tonight. Whee.

You might be able to stay at my place, but you also might be relegated to a sleeping bag in a corner, as several other King family members will be here.

If things wouldn't be so crazy and if you were even interested, I'd wrangle a ticket for you to "The Backyard Brawl", Pitt vs West Virginia, 7pm on Thanksgiving Day.

In anycase, I'd love to see you while you are in town. There is a DDR machine at Pitt now, and we all think it's in a weird location. But yea!
