I decided to write a "cast of characters" thingy for LJ for people on my friends list who keep asking me who other people on my friends list are. I wonder if I'll manage to keep it updated.

Is this a good idea or a bad idea?

that's pretty neat. also amusing to read. makes me want to write one, but it would be all things like "cmshaw writes vecchio/kowalski" and "mamadeb doesn't write enough psychotically dark stuff like i'm always telling her to" and that's just not all that interesting....
