Monday - Pub Quiz
I woke up crazy late since I stayed up crazy late.
Infact, I pretty much woke up, hung out around the apartment a bit, did some work in PP for the tailor, and then went over to the Irish Emigrant for pub quiz. (I'd started a gem run in PP with Kuibbles and he got disconnected and I had to leave for the pub - it was kind of stressful actually, but Gigza took over the ship for me, and I called Kui to tell him that since he had a total network outage, and then went off to Pub Quiz.)
It was me and Eli and Megan and Josh and HP and Darcy. We did TERRIBLE. It was actually kinda sad how few questions we got right this week. He did a new category thingy where he'd say a bunch of events for a year - you got 3 points for getting the year exactly, 1 for being off by one. We got, in ten questions, 4 points. Some teams got as many as 15. Oi. It was pretty awful.
But it was good to see people. Also the quiz guy raffled off a Guinness mirror and... you'll never believe this, but I think this is like the first raffle I ever won in my entire life. So now I have a Guinness mirror. I'm not really sure what to do with it.
Came home, played PP. Did a little pillaging, and a long navving run with Gigza, then shop work with Chernabog. He's pretty brilliant, I'm amazed at how many calculations he's done to figure out how stuff works.
Ooh, I are almost entirely caught up on last week's journal. Just gotta write one for Thursday's boardgames.
Oh and umm.. DUCKS!
