arr, i have conquered the roads, so far
The normal 20-minute drive to take Eli and me to work became 50 minutes, but I survived. I-5 was fairly normal (just seemed like I was driving on a really cold rainy day). Rather than go up Weller's hill to 12th, I went up Rainier to Jackson, then turned on 12th, which eliminated one major hill. Parked on Judkins, and I really hope the cops have better things to do today than ticket people for parking all day in a 2-hour zone...
I apparently missed a Pacmed power outage this morning, too.
It's really kind of worth it to be here just to see the view of snowy Seattle from up here. It's really cool-looking, and I wish I had my camera.
