Today was Monday. It was pretty crappy. Eli was going to give me a ride to Westlake but we abandoned that because the rain sucked so much, so he dropped me off at the Seattle Center instead. Sucky. The rest of the day at work sucked too and I left a little early. Got home and played the pirate game for 40 mins or so. Pillaged with Farren and Carl, which was pretty fun!
Then Deb and I went to choir. It was also cut short, like 1.5 hours. We sang all the choruses we're going to be doing in the actual show, though - he's cutting like 4 of them. I'm getting better every time at reading the music and singing. Maybe I'm learning it! yar.
Cooked ravioli for dinner since I didn't know when Eli was getting home... and played PP for the rest of the night. Did another officer training run - I took a boat to Eclipse, Jammer took it back. We had two random jobbers who were pretty good, so we told them to contact us come Midnight. Farren came along for the ride too, which was great 'cause he's so good at carp and such a good guy in general. He also was harrassing Spinn with me, which is also fun, of course.
Was fun in general, had some pretty good pillage.
The part that was dumb was thinking I could take on a sailing trading mission on my own at like 1am.
That was dumb. I kept getting intercepted by brigands. Hate.
Note to self: Emerald arch - good for pillage. Also good for trade, but BETTER FOR PILLAGE. YARRRRR.
I sailed to Emperor and Epsilon, traded a bunch of stuff. But brigands makes the going SLOW with swabbies. It sucked. Took me around 2.5 hours and I think I only made like 4k poe in the whole deal. Screw that. Next time I'll do it with real pirates instead of swabbies, I think. The good part is that I got good at gunning. The bad part is just IT TOOK TOO FUCKING LONG.
Tomorrow night's the B'z concert. oh man...
