Any of you know anything about Kumoricon? It's in Eugene at the end of November... I'm wondering if I should try to go to it, or if it's basically some tiny con of little consequence (pun intended), or what.

If anything it might be an excuse to go to Portland for Thanksgiving and visit Eli's brother & sister-in-law, and then head to Eugene for a day or three to see cool Eugene people and hang out and wear silly costumes and play some DDR with you all... but... I don't need a con to do that, really! :)

Any info would be great (even if it's just "YES DEANNA COME VISIT AARARRRRRRRRR" or something. Hi Pete.)

Deanna gave me a LiveJournal code, even though I don't necessarily plan to post much of anything. That way I can get on people's "friends" lists and such. This is just a test message to see if it works. :)

What you should make sure works is the ability to see locked entries and all. My last entry is locked; make sure you can see it.
(Well, I guess if you can see anything in Met's journal it's working, too.)
