I ate a lot today

Today was an interesting day.
I ended up juggling buildings a bit much for my tastes, that's my only complaint about the day. First I went to Pacmed and stuff, got a small lunch with my group way early like 11:20. Went back upstairs; Hemant was complaining about lack of motivation, so I was like "You're not motivated? I have a great job for you to do... TALK TO ME!" So he spent 45 minutes explaining random system stuff to me. And he said that was a good idea and I should make him do it more, since it doesn't *feel* like work to hang out and talk about stuff! Yay! Second lunch was at Top Gun dim sum with Heidi and Megan. The good thing about dim sum is that yeah, I could eat small things and not overeat. So, yay. Hanging out with them was cool too.
Then I went down to US1 at 4pm to get a haircut, but you already know about that.
Came back up to Pacmed... and Guido and Hemant wouldn't have even noticed my haircut if I hadn't said "dude, i just got 1.5 feet of hair chopped off!" or something. It was kinda funny. Around 5:30 or so Colin and Aaron came in like "hey, come to Maximillian's for happy hour, yo". And usually I turn them down, but I had no real excuse to today... so I went with them and Yan to this little french restaurant in Pike Place Market and we had happy hour! We ate a whole bunch of exotic french appetizers, and I even drank a beer and kinda liked it (it was some sort of amber beer from Alsace). I tried mussels but didn't like them, and pate but didn't really care for it either.
So then we get back to work at like 7pm and I'm just like blah. Took the shuttle down to US1 at 7:20, tried to work on stuff for about an hour and caught the 8:20pm bus home. Relaxed a bit until Eli got home. Begged him for the car, since I'd talked to Rumi earlier about hanging out.
The Mariners won tonight :) I heard the end of the game on the radio just as I got to Rumi's place. Rumi and Steve and DJ and I went to Red Robin, around 10:30pm, for my second dinner, with Kiefer and Charlie-Pale, who really is quite pale. We used his 1337 phone to look up the baseball score and saw the Oakland also won. Grr! But anyway, I ate too much food, but it was good to hang out with people again. After dinner I went back to the apt with everyone and played a whole buncha Pop'n'Music (Just for Keevon: 239/13/1 on Daikenkai 5-Line) and then watched Pop'n'Music live video DVD thingies that DJ had. And then I headed home because I was tired as heck. Which I still am, so I'm going to sleep. 'Night!
