Today was just a sucky day. It culminated in the 7:48pm bus never showing up and me sitting out in the cold for 35 minutes waiting for the next bus, which was packed. I ran into Eiji on it, though I never know what to say to him. After I got home I ate a sandwich and then we went to Leilani for bowling with Megan and Josh and Justin, doing the same 5-person parallel thing. I got a 96, 135, 140, and 123. We came home and there was a large gooey slug on our front porch. It was kinda cute.

Bleh, I'm feeling really disconnected from everything lately. Like suddenly I don't understand anyone or why they act the way they do, and I don't connect in groups, and whatnot. I need a new Carl.

On the other hand, James just changed his handle to "quackoon" on IRC and for some reason that cheered me up intensely. Life is dumb.

Can't decide if I should just go ahead and get a couple of tickets to the Mariners-Yankees game on May 8 and worry later about actually getting people to go with me.

Mmmm... disconnection. Sometimes you don't feel like you fit in? Yah, I have that constantly. Don't worry though. It passes... You prolly know that by now, but I'm just reassuring you. :)

I think you should just buy tickets. If you wait for someone else to do something, chances are good it won't happen. The truth is a royal pain in the ass sometimes.

Getting disconnected sucks. I have no advice.
