Nothing much to say except my first AAA on BM2nd yay
Okay, so today. There are little details that make up today, like nearly tripping on a dead squirrel while walking to the bus stop this morning, or cleaning my desk this afternoon at work, or getting the guy at Westlake to give me a 10% discount on another Hello Kitty 3-D puzzle because it looks like an Easter toy, or feeling sick and coming home a little earlier than planned. But. None of those really add up to the excitement of the evening, wherein I did laundry and played 5-key Beatmania.
Firstly. If you want to play Miracle Moon, you need to boot into Beatmania 2nd Mix, and disc change to 3rd mix Append, then to 5th mix Append. It comes up with 5th Mix Bonus Edit mode. I don't care much for the other songs, but.. Miracle Moon is heavenly :) (And my record on it is now 381/6/1/2!)
Secondly. So I decided to go back to play 2nd Mix Append, so I could play the Cat Song (NEKO POW! MEOW MEOW!). So I played the "Bossa Groove" song too, for fun... "Papayapa Bossa" or whatever it's called. And I was like, "huh, I used to like this song a lot... and wow, I'm getting a lot of Greats on it... huh." (In 5-Key Oldskool Beatmania, Greats are like Perfects, there's no flashing greats.) I got to the end of the song and was like "I think I got all Greats on it! Whoa!" I saw the 100000 score and I ran into Eli's office to grab the digital camera, and SURE ENOUGH... ALL PERFECT BONUS, YO! Oh man. I was just like "WHOA!" Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee :) This is the coolest thing I've ever pulled off in any Bemani game, I think...
