Apparently, the answer is "HERE".

I passed up going to a goodbye party for school tonight (we had a TA for 2-3 weeks -- nice guy, but I couldn't really justify the money for a nomikai when I don't feel like drinking any alcohol) in favor of buying some groceries and just coming home. (Also bought a bunch of the sports dailies with the Fighters victory stories, after Sakamoto sent me email like "So which newspapers did you buy?" and I'm like "OH CRAP! BETTER GO DO THAT.")

Thing is, being zonked, I fell asleep around 8pm, for a lack of anything particularly better to do.

Woke up a few minutes ago because it sounded like something was loudly loudly thumping on my ceiling. Fortunately, nothing is thumping on my ceiling -- it's just OMG A TON OF RAIN AND WIND AND STUFF. Wheeeee, we're in the middle of a typhoooon!

The great thing is, it appears to be slightly ahead of schedule -- so if I'm lucky, it'll actually typhoon itself out by late morning, and I can go do things in the afternoon! I have tomorrow off due to our school doing midterm exams and me having worked during the summer, so this is a substitute day off for that time. I was originally kind of annoyed when told that I had to take the day off in the midst of a typhoon, but now it seems not so bad.

We'll have to see if I can get back to sleep, though... this is pretty loud stuff.

Well, not really. I'm in the Onion AV Club, and it's not me, but one of my photographs:

I dunno, Mike Blowers made a crazy prediction and they wanted a photo of him to use for an article about dumb luck in sports, and found my blog and asked me if they could use one of my photos and I was like "Hell yeah!" Neat, huh?
