Guten tag, agh

I "fixed" a bug at work today by basically figuring out that the behavior I was told to implement was basically already what I'd implemented... but someone ran it with a set of options that made it do something they weren't expecting.

After work I took a bus out to Microsoft, and Drew picked me up from the transit center, and I went to his building, where he was playing Puerto Rico with Zach and two other guys (Jamey and Jeff?). They were about halfway done the game so I sat around and kibitzed. After that, we grabbed Jason (whose birthday was yesterday) and the six of us went to an italian restaurant at Crossroads. Zach and I split mushroom risotto which was pretty good, and tiramisu.

Jamey drove us back to MS, and then Zach and I drove back here, with a brief stop at Safeway to get orange juice (I think Zach might have the cold/sore throat I had earlier this week). Zach's catching up on net stuff and I'm watching the rest of Japan's WBC game from last night... I'll probly finish it just in time for tonight's game to start (no, I'm not going to stay up).

I recovered most of the stuff from my old hard drive, yay.

I'm debating setting up a filter for Livejournal for making most of my "daily crap" filtered-only or private, or maybe I'll just stop posting it altogether. I dunno.

Also, um, I have a parody song in my head. Yeehaw.
