today in a nutshell

Today for lunch I went to Tessaro's with a lot of ex-Claritechers; Jean, Mike, Ralph, Mark, Raven, McInerny, Alan, Horowitz, and Jensen. It was fun and I got to talk to a lot of people and it's always exciting to go "Whee! I'm moving and getting married and I can drive now and and and" to people who don't know about it yet. I was really glad to see everyone for a last time; despite the haphazardness organizing it, I'm glad it came together. Horowitz was telling us all about his (teenage) kids' hobbies; apparently his son plays Warcraft, and his daughter plays DDR. Go figure.

I ran some errands, mostly being unsuccessful in trying to find a shirt and pants for the CTB costume. I found pants at Old Navy. I have never stepped into an Old Navy before. I think they're a little weird but they should work ok. Oh, and I should get my DDR tourney pictures back before IMSO tomorrow night.

Got home, hung out, sewed, ate dinner with Eli, and went to Beeler and played bridge for several hours and tried to foist off doubles of photographs on people. Said goodbye to Nick even though I figure maybe I will see him one more time before I go away.
