Halloween more? Less?
Today, let's see. I slept 13 hours last night, as I mentioned earlier.
I like ham sandwiches.
I hung around playing DDR in the afternoon. I don't like playing DDR at home. The hardwood floors hurt now, and if I play songs of 7 feet and higher, the house kind of shakes (or at least the entertainment center does). It's worrisome. Not enjoyable. I'm wondering what I'll do with DDR MAX USA when I get it... wonder if I could play in the basement, even with the low ceilings. Oh well. I did take out Dancing Stage Dreams Come True and played it for like an hour though, including the greatest hits songs (未来予想図II is like the WORST SONG EVER - 72 BPM - JESUS). Playing サンキュ and 朝がまた来る and あの夏の花火 and SNOW DANCE and all made me very happy though :) I love Dreams Come True! So at least maybe I will play silly crap like DCT and OHA at home from time to time, even if I'm not really going to work on my true DDR skills here.
After a whole bunch of it I eventually went upstairs, showered, changed, etc. We were going to a Halloween party with friends of
seanmcguire and gang. (Of course I believe everyone who was there is on Livejournal too, but I don't know any of their names, so I won't be able to mention them.) In the long run it wasn't an unpleasant way to spend four hours; we ate good chili, and snacks, and talked to some new people, and spent about two hours basically me and Eli talking to Jeliza and Sean and some other guy, which was also fine since I don't see them often enough. Shrug. I felt like I was pretty young for the crowd though (weird, isn't it?) so it's not too strange that I was being shy.
Oh, and I dressed up as Miho from Megatokyo, if anyone cares, although I couldn't find a good way to do the hair. It was odd because lots of people were in SCA outfits - as opposed to Thurs when my Miho outfit would have gone off really well, and the SCA outfit tonight... oh well, I'll get it right one of these years. :) Other than that it wasn't bad though. I'll have to get a wig for the hair if I ever really want to dress up as Miho for an anime con though.
Came home... played more IIDX. Up to like 15 songs on Light 7, and I passed c-r-a-c-k-ER and will NEVER PLAY IT AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT. I passed my first 4-star on Light 7, though it was only Love Again Tonight. Oh, and I perfect-comboed Mobo Moga on Beginner... so now I have P'ed two songs there.

Re: Dancing stage
Now that I know a Japanese version exists I have a new goal to look for.
