Soup and crackers

c-r-a-c-k-ER is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE.

Okay, so that aside... today I went to Soup Daddy for lunch again with Paul and another guy (Ruben). Except timing worked out such that I didn't really get to talk to Ruben at all. Oops. And I got mushroom soup that wasn't like mushroom soup that I like. And I did some stuff in the afternoon. And I went home around 7. And Eli and I went to Gordito's for dinner and split a big burrito and it was good. And then I came home and got apathetic about actually going out and doing anything (had pondered heading to IZ). So I played some IIDX 5th and beat every single song on Beginner mode. Then I watched the movie Rushmore (yes, the Wes Anderson one with the prep school kid and the teacher and Bill Murray in a bizarre love triangle). It was painful at parts but I really liked the ending. And now I kind of understand The Royal Tenenbaums a little better. Then I played some more IIDX, because I am lame. Now it is 2am. And I still can't beat c-r-a-c-k-ER. I hate you, Brad.

I ordered an American PS2, MAX USA, Frequency, and FFX this morning. Kill me now.

I really, really, really wish I had some friends that lived nearby that were into Bemani... I would feel so much less guilty about wasting a Friday night watching movies and playing videogames if I didn't do it alone (Eli was in the next room, but that doesn't count).

That is one of my favorite movies of all time.

Hey, all I did was say c-r-a-c-k-ER was hard when you're starting out. :)
Anyway, good luck, and don't give up. BTW, I was able to pass Ride on the Light L7 and The Cube L7 before c-r-a-c-k-ER L7.

Hmm, I picked that one up for $15 at Kaybee Toys sometime this summer, but never really got into it.
