Oh yeah, other stuff happened yesterday too. I had a decent day at work, and ![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
pauldf gave me a ride home. And I went to Illusionz and I had fun playing a ton of Bemani games and hanging out with people.. though playing PPP alone is very embarrassing when there are a bunch of highschool guys playing shooter games right next to it. And after DDR we went to Krispy Kreme again, "we" being me and Joe and Farren, and this time Max Tacoma came with us too - he's pretty wacky and that was fun. Farren and I swapped 4th for 5th IIDX Style, and then after I got home and stopped bragging about passing Burning Heat, I went and played 5th IIDX Beginner mode. WHEE! It was like "Boost Deanna's Bemani Ego" day or something - it was SO cool to be able to pass songs! I passed every 1-2 star song that I tried on the first try and almost every 3 - including V! It was so very cool.
Farren got DDR MAX USA yesterday and gave me the play-by-play as he tried all the new songs and unlocked half of it, and now I'm pretty convinced I need to go order an American PS2 and the game and stuff. God, I am so bad. But today is payday. :) I'm going to help give out candy here at Amazon for a few hours later, and then go over tolurker and kitanaor's Halloween party - hopefully I won't be too shy - and then I'll probly come back and do more work, because I got in late. Still. Whee!
Oh yeah, and my mix tape turned out better than I thought, though I need to swap around a few songs; "sort randomly" on Winamp wasn't the best idea. If anyone cares, here's my latest mix tape for "Deanna sings along loudly in the car to Japanese female vocalists":
