It's Friday and I'm in blah

I got up waaaay early today for a meeting at 9:30am. Got to work at 9. I rule. I was also really tired and cranky for most of the morning. Went to Westlake for lunch with [personal profile] pauldf. Got my Austin pictures back. It was odd - for some reason, they hadn't printed the second Brad-gets-an-AA-on-a-cata picture. The only reason I noticed was because I was sort of looking forward to seeing how that came out. Somehow, they had developed the negative but not actually printed the picture... so I went back to the store and informed them of their mistake. They looked at the index and the negatives and went "Huh, that's weird." and printed me doubles of the Brad-gets-an-AA picture. Whee! So now I can send one to him because I'm too lazy to scan them any time soon. :) The sad thing is, it's all the pictures of Julie and Jason's wedding, and of games with people, and DDR, and that picture of Brad is actually the best shot on either roll. No joke. Well, the one of Zach and his motorcycle is decent. But a lot of my wedding pictures came out blurry.

Anyway, I got some cool stuff done at work this afternoon, and then went on the DDR chat to see if anyone was doing any interesting DDRing. They aren't, but I did find out some wacky details about NB... for instance, there's only like 3 people entering freestyle, supposedly... and maybe nobody showing up in costume. Saenoda apparently wussed out on freestyling, which is a darn shame... but she told me she wanted to do a costume, so we'll see.

I went to the Seattle Center and worked on freestyling Dive. The only really cool thing I came up with is a kick spin over the bar, which looks AWESOME when I do it right and HORRIBLE when I do it wrong which is about half the time. Whee. So I will either look cool tomorrow or I'll just be totally totally off balance. Shrug..

I should go get my laundry and go to my sleep so I can get up and go lose a tournament. Yay.

Good luck for the tournament! I'm sure you'll have a load of fun while performing miscellaneous kicking of ass and taking of name.
