Alas, alack, I cough and hack
I thought I was done with being sick, but tonight I've started getting the sore throat again, and I think I had a fever. (I say "think" because my thermometer registered me as 97.7 degrees, and it usually registers me around 96.4 degrees. I think it is broken.)
I dunno. I cancelled a doctor's appt today because I thought I was better and because I couldn't get a ride out there. I think I'll feel really dumb calling back tomorrow saying "Oops, I am an idiot." I dunno. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
For now, Tasty's food and laundry and SimCity and Eli and ice cream have given me a good evening. I even dug out my Nintendo and played Dr. Mario for a while while Eli was using my computer, because I plan to write it in Java soon. Whee. My Nintendo works, but I couldn't get either of my Contra carts to load. Sigh.
