Good Idea, Bad Idea

Good Idea: buy a DVD player.

Bad Idea: buy an American PS2 and justify it by saying "but it's a DVD player, and then I can get DDR MAX American when it comes out, and I can play FFX, and Frequency, and..."

I think the reason it was a "Bad Idea" was because she hadn't listed "Rez" or "Ico" as games to have on the PS2.

I think it's an "even more shrinking pool of free time" and a "costs money and is a sucking black hole for my wallet" in the sense of "bad idea".

We're facing the same problem here too, and yes we want Kingdom Hearts as well I suspect. n
