huh, I thought I updated
I hate how sometimes Livejournal doesn't display things...
Anyway, time for sleep. We're at Sheena's house in Austin. Just Carl and I (and obviously Sheena and Dave) are here now, but about 20 mins ago we were still in the midst of a huge free-for-all Taboo game. We had Zach, Adam, Rehana, Brad, Oren, Roman, Carl, Me, Sheena, and Dave all playing. Tomorrow we're going to play DDR and maybe go dancing and do other random stuff, whee.
The flights were uneventful. You know, plane goes up, plane comes down; next plane goes up, next plane comes down. No delays or anything. I reread The Silent Blade on the plane; now I can read Servant of the Shard either during the weekend or during the next flight. Oh, and I showed Carl the people-mover with the music and stuff in O'hare, though we didn't actually have to switch terminals through it. I tried to take a picture, we'll see if it comes out.
Sheena's apartment is really warm. I mean, it's like 80 degrees in Austin and she has barely any A/C on.
Anyway, yay weekend. Goodnight.

hi sally - yeah, I've been an RA Salvatore fan for uh... holy shit, I guess like ten years now. When I was in highschool, the first guy I ever dated used "Drizzt" as his handle online, and he bought me the icewind dale and dark elf trilogies because I asked him what the heck his name meant. i've been hit or miss with RAS's books though - i've loved some, hated others. For example, the Cleric Quintet sucked so much I only got through the second book and sold the first three that I'd bought. The latter books in the Drizzt-and-friends haven't been so bad. I didn't bother with Spine of the World because i don't care about Wulfgar - I thought Servant of the Shard would be cool because I've kinda decided I like Entreri much better than any of the other characters, and want to follow his story instead...
