In no particular order, these are just a few random photos since I came back to Seattle that I feel like posting.




We apparently have horse-riding cops in Seattle. Neat.

A bike rack at Ray's Boathouse. George called me "such a tourist" for taking this shot, but seriously, isn't there some kind of "like a fish needs a bicycle" joke in here?

The Ballard Public Library (or is that Pulic Lirary? Who the hell steals the B's from the library? And only the lowercase one, so it isn't "allard ranch"?)

The food looks great! And to respond to your other post, yes, you carry both passports around with you. That's what I've had to do for the past 2 years. :P

What I kinda wonder is, what if I came into Japan with the blank passport and they just stamped me as a tourist, so I could get a Japan Rail Pass, but then somehow they have me on record as having a visa until 2013, despite it not being in my current passport, so I get in trouble? I'm really kinda curious how well they keep track of this stuff.

I'm impressed that people haven't stolen the giant chess pieces if the library's "b"s were stolen. (Or, more likely, perhaps you have to pay a deposit to hire the chess pieces...)
