ARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH
I've been planning to go to the Fighters-Marines minor-league games this weekend for several weeks now, not so much to actually see the Fighters, believe it or not, but because I was hoping desperately to finally see my Marines ni-gun boyfriend Hiroki Ueno, who I have been admiring from afar all year, and who I fell in love with last year when he was still pitching at Toyo University. I love love love him and he is so so so good and I still have never ever ever been able to actually see him pitch this year :(
So of course, YESTERDAY HE GOT CALLED UP TO THE TOP TEAM.
Crap. What the hell do I do now? I guess I could change plans and go to the Marines top team game instead... or just say too bad and go to ni-gun and suck it up. I want to go see the Fighters ni-gun regardless, but DAMN was I hoping to see Ueno-kun. Sigh. I guess I'll still get to see all of my other Marines ni-gun boyfriends (they are ALL down on the farm right now, Nemoto and Kohbe and Heiuchi and Ohtsuka and Sadaoka and so on), and of course the Fighters ni-gun players, but, sad sad sad. I mean I'm happy for Ueno and all, but I really hoped to see him play and maybe get a photo with him or his autograph or something while he was still in the minors. He's going to be awesome someday.
Yes, I am just whining pointlessly. Ignore me.
