Whee
Today I ran errands with my dad! He finally had enough energy to get the hell out of the apartment, so we walked to K-Mart and to the deli downstairs, and I carried back tons of crap for him. :) Mostly things like 2-liter bottles of soda, a bottle of Wisk, heavy bottles of some other stuff, and of course some junkfood like Tastykakes and whatever, but that's ok. And we split a hoagie for dinner, and I drank birch beer, and these are just Philly tastes that I'm trying not to take for granted.
I'm catching up on Japanese TV. Yay. Mendol is still weird. And now I can finally watch Rookies! I'm so happy. I really need the listening practice.
Oh yeah, and I went to the gym today and lifted weights and ran, and stuff. Time passes but at least I pretend I'm getting things done I suppose.
Tomorrow... I thought I'd maybe tour the stadiums, but that's gonna get pushed off again, maybe next week, gotta try to push my sleeping schedule up so I can be down there by 10am, I've become a bit late-shifted. The fact that you can't just walk up and do stadium tours really pisses me off, anyway. But at least it seems that Nationals Park DOES do tours, so while I'm in DC I totally have to go there omg.
You know, I was searching for an LJ entry I was positive I wrote, but apparently I didn't. Alas. Or maybe I did write it, and I obscured the real people/events so much that none of the search strings I'm trying are working. That seems more likely. Either way, weird.
