LJ is great for finding your old friends

you know i don't usually do the "welcome ..... to my journal" things, but this one is special. welcome to nmr8. those who can read this post when i was reminiscing about philly will remember that i wondered what the heck happened to nate, and now whee! i found him! or more like, he found me. that is so cool. nate rocks. now maybe i won't lose track of him for a while...

as for the rest of today, the potluck was great, my lasagna went over really well, i took tons of pictures of Kevin's dog Dena, and then played too much DDR at home afterwards, and then chatted with nate for an hour or two. yay!

I do the welcome to my journal thing if I invited the person to LJ, or if I think people on my friends list will care because they know the person. It saves them having to tell everyone they know they have LiveJournal, sometimes. ;)
