It's cold
Geez, it's funny, I can't believe Eri is done at the end of this week. We took a picture of a bunch of us in her classroom today:
Eri is front center in the suit. I was trying to not be tall, but it looks like I'm hiding I guess. The girl next to me is moving to Seattle in July. Actually, everyone in that picture is now my student, but most of them used to be Eri's.
It's cold again in Tokyo, oddly. Or at least today was rainy and chilly, which equates to cold. I got miso ramen for dinner, because it felt like that was actually a good idea for once. Usually in the summer I don't want to eat ramen because it's too hot.
Had a lot of classes today. Busy busy.
I haven't eaten food since the miso ramen. I am pretending this is some great willpower thing for me to NOT eat something after going home from work. I dunno whether that's such a great idea or not.
I'm really freaking out because next Wednesday is supposed to rain, and I took that day off to go to Chiba and see the Dragons. ARRRRGGGGHHHH. I know it's my fault for planning something at an outdoor stadium during tsuyu, but still. I guess I'll watch the forecasts and hope they change. On the other hand, if it rains a lot Saturday, the Marines-Baystars game will get postponed to Monday and then I can actually go! Wheeee!
Oh yeah, I guess it is my mom's birthday in America right now. I sent her a card, but I have no clue how long the mail realistically takes to get there.
