Speak With Dead (well, the recently departed)

So, my apartment hasn't had hot water since Monday. In theory, someone should be coming by to look at the heater tomorrow... at like 10am, so pretty much right before I have to go to work. Doh. Sometimes I wonder if I'm just unlucky or if Becky (the girl I replaced) had the same problems in the apartment, but of course I have never spoken with Becky and she is now off in Thailand or something, so today when Eri and I went to an early dinner together, I asked her about it instead, essentially channeling the spirit of Becky.

Distance:
"So Becky didn't mind living so far out?"
"Nah, she walked everywhere, it was no big deal, except for a few times when she got stalked by crazy guys who followed her around trying to pick her up."

Screens in the windows:
"I don't want to open the windows because of insects, but I don't want to run the AC and waste electricity."
"Oh, yeah. Becky was always covered in insect bites, since she left the windows open."

AC:
"So she never mentioned the AC dripping like mad?"
"Well, no. I think she never used it and just opened her windows."
"Oh."

Hot water:
"Did Becky ever have a problem with the water or any other appliances?"
"Not that I remember, no..."

Neighbor:
"Yeah, so I finally met the next-door neighbor guy and the first thing he told me was that he was moving."
"Oh good! Becky always said he was loud and annoying."
"Really? He seems like a nice guy and hasn't been loud since I've been here..."

Apartment size:
"Wait, so did you ever actually see her place?"
"Only once. I was surprised how small it was considering you are way out in Saitama and so far from the station."

I then asked Becky's spirit how she dealt with the class of 8-year-olds, but apparently Eri isn't high enough level so the spell expired.
