homeward bound
So today I ran errands, hung out at Megan and Josh's house, and packed. And slacked.
I'm leaving for the airport in like two hours. Mindy's giving me a ride because she's crazy, or something.
I can't decide whether to bring my big camera east. I know if I don't I'll regret it, but I know if I do I'll be lugging it around and worrying about it getting stolen or broken or something. It also doesn't really fit in my bag, so it's probably getting skipped. I'm sure my dad would have liked to see it, but oh well.
George and Chris have moved to town and were at M&J's house tonight. I also got to see Cory and Heidi, and Justin and Colleen, and Jarrett, all of whom I hadn't seen in a long time. I mean, we're talking long enough that Justin and Colleen had a second kid since the last time I saw them. Sigh.
We played a game of Aladdin's Dragons which I won, and I still never used any of the city squares and I still wonder if that's a good or a bad thing in the game design.
Also the puppy is very puppylike. I can't believe I'm going through dog withdrawal after not having to deal with Zach's dogs for a few days.
Anyway, in theory I will be on the east coast in about 9 hours. Whee.
