Hey, it's November
You know why I'm not doing NaNoWriMo? Because I've already written 4700 words this month... on Marinerds. About cute baseball players. I don't think I have more words in me.
Tuesday was Halloween, and all I did was eat too much free candy. Ugh. They were giving out cupcakes and caramel apples and all this other stuff at work, too. It was terrible. It was also really cold out and my bus was 15 minutes late in the evening. Good thing I got that winter coat on Monday.
Caught up on two episodes of Orange Days. We have four more to go. We might watch one tonight, not sure, depends on whether Carl stops killing stuff in Warcraft. He's moving into an apartment this weekend too, so rather than just being downstairs, he'll be a 10-15 minute walk away. And it's cold.
I went to play volleyball tonight. The good news is that my knees held up fine. The bad news is that my lower back hurts. Hmm. There was an 81-year-old guy playing volleyball with us. He serves better than I do. It was depressing but cool.
I made a new mix CD for my car since I had gotten into the habit of skipping about half the songs on the last one. Here's the new track list:

Yeah, too much dorama (or summer-themed) music. But it's great for singing at the top of my lungs when I'm alone in the car, which was the point.
I'm trying to listen to the Japan-MLB all-star game but I think I'm going to have to KILL SOMEONE as the american announcers already have butchered every Japanese name they've said -- including pronouncing the Yomiuri Giants as the "yommy-your-ee" team. Ugggghhhhhh.
