We love Pop'n'Music
I just played a 3-song set of each of every Pop'n'Music game between 1 and 12, just because I could.
The only thing that sort of sucks is that you can use the append discs for 3 and 4 with either PNM2 or PNM6 as the base, except it uses the same engine no matter which one you append from. I don't know why I was hoping you could append from 6 and actually get the 6 engine for the songs.
Also, I think one of the switches in my controller needs to be replaced, but I'll worry about that a bit later.
It's funny, there are some songs in PNM5 home that aren't in the arcade, but other than that it feels like the exact same experience. Now I have absolutely no reason whatsoever to return to Illusionz :)
As for the rest of the evening, I went to Greenlake with Zach and the dogs, and we walked them, but it took a lot longer than I thought it would and by the end of the walk we were entirely in darkness. On the other hand, I really had a goal of getting some sort of exercise tonight, so I'm happy about that. On the other hand, my throat feels kind of sore now, which can't be good.
I think I'll do some more compulsive cleaning, then pay bills and sleep. Yar.
OH that reminds me. The 5th Avenue Theater's next musical after the current one is Company, by Sondheim, which is like one of my favorite musicals EVER, so I am totally going. Who's with me?
