mid-afternoon quickie
- I just handed off the pager. Whew! Now I don't need to carry it again for a month or so. Of course, I just lucked out that I had it for a week and it just never went off, I guess.
- Any time I walk around the Seattle Public Library wearing my IDX work badge and NOT wearing my jacket (ie, if I run across the street quickly to see if they have something), someone assumes I'm a library employee and asks me a question. This always happens; I'm really not kidding.
- Yasu (yes, THAT Yasu) sent out email to a few people to say he'd switched email addresses. It was in English! I replied in Japanese, which required more brainpower than I'd like to admit. Maybe I should have just replied in English. Heh.
- I should probably mention that I'm attempting to put together a list of the Nerdiest Baseball Players, and figure there may be a few of you with good input for me. Yes, Bayani, I already got Schilling and the MLB Everquest clan.
