details I forgot
1) Ryan and I driving down 880, we go past Oakland's stadium, it looked EMPTY, at least from what was visible of the top decks. I realized the ANA-OAK game was going on at the time. Chcked the score and sure enough it was. How totally depressing. Oakland doesn't deserve the A's.
2) Ryan came to Berkeley to pick me up and he met Kuibbles and I'm like "Blithey, this is Kuibbles. Kuibbles, this is Blithey," and Ryan's reaction is "Whoa! He looks kinda like Norm!" (...Papernick. It's a comparison I never would have made on my own, but I can see why he said that, and it was kinda funny.)
3) When Cioj came over he just said "I'll go to the corner of Cedar and Euclid and call you again and you guys can direct me," and well, first he walked down the wrong street, then he walked the wrong direction on the right street, and then he's like "holy shit, someone just threw an EGG at me." So on the third try he got it right and met up with us and was all like "I have an egg-stained hoodie oh no!"
there, that's my story. Wow, I got up early.
