Grar this SUCKS I have another acid stomachache and it's keeping me up and making me feel like crap. At least I-Gene is nice enough to let me just use his computer while he's asleep so I can mindlessly websurf since I can't concentrate on anything.
Anyway uh, aside from that it was a good day. Left Cort's place, went to Mountain View, met up with Jay Laefer for lunch. Well, I got lost a few times trying to get to the place he wanted to meet up, but it all worked out okay. We got Indian buffet for lunch and then went to a gelato place and sat outside talking for like 3 hours. Good way to spend the afternoon although my face is half-sunburnt.
I drove to SVGL after that to waste time until I-Gene got out of work. Not too hard to do there -- a half hour of one puzzle fighter game, and an hour and a half of IIDX 9th will do it nicely, with a little pinball at the end for good measure. It was token special day so tokens were cheaper, too. I-Gene showed up around 7pm, played a little IIDX, and then we went to In-and-Out for dinner, and then came down here to San Jose... spent the evening playing IIDX, Pop'n'Music, and talking. Whee.
So I don't know what triggered this awful stomachache, I'm guessing the fast food for dinner, but ugh it sucks. I was hoping not to have to deal with something like this on the trip...
Oh. And unlike last night where my phone just had a weak signal... tonight it has NO signal, so I haven't been able to get voice messages or do anything with it. Hopefully tomorrow I'll go out somewhere so I can get signal and call people and whatnot... bleh.
