birthday

And also... if anyone cares, my birthday is this Friday, and my current plan seems to now include:

Lunch at Todai (Pacific Place) on Friday, probly like 12:30pm. Anyone who wants to join me would be welcome. DJ and I are definitely going. (Todai is all-you-can-eat Japanese food, and they give you a free meal on your birthday. Yes, they give it to you ON your birthday, I called and asked.) Let me know if you're interested though.

Yankees-Mariners game on Friday evening (because Josh is giving me 2 tickets as a birthday present! yayaayaayayay!) with Eli.

I may have a gathering here on Sunday evening. A small gathering. With cookies and cake. I don't really know. I need to sleep first and assess my apartment second and figure out who to invite third. Don't feel slighted if you don't end up invited, I don't think I can fit more than ten people in here comfortably.

The Todai's here make you pay on your birthday and then give you a coupon for a free meal :( Until last year they gave it to you on your birthday, you're lucky to have one that still does it that way :)

Sunday is Mother's Day, and I will be down visiting my parents for the whole day. If you were thinking of including me in that 'ten people', I won't be able to make it, so you should invite someone else. :)

I live in the U District and bus downtown to work every day; it's really easy. You can get to Pacific Place in about 15 minutes. Take the 71, 72, or 73 from the Ave to downtown; they come by about every 10 minutes. Get off at Westlake Station. Walk two blocks east on Pine to Pacific Place.
