How cool is that? I'm sitting where solitude.weh.andrew.cmu.edu used to be, except it's leisuresuit now. Roman and I are going to get ToI for lunch. I was in the lounge and I saw Katie and Brian and Christina and Allwein and Alisa and Jorge and all. And a lot of freshmen I don't know.

Before that I was on planes and buses.

Before that I was packing and hanging out with Eli and stuff.

Before that I was at work. I got a prototype of my config pages out. I am majorly proud. I went to Kinokuniya and failed to find Carl 3/4 of his manga list. He asks for obscure stuff.

Well, so anyway, it will be good to see people. I'm tired and jetlagged, but yar!

I'm certain you've mentioned this before, but anyway..... Do CMU alumni retain usernames to access CMU computer lab machines or do you have someone log you onto a machine?

CMU accounts expire about 6 months after graduation, unless you happen to know someone who can sponsor or otherwise maintain your account.

The university provides a free e-mail forwarding service under a different domain (I'm jweill@alumni.cmu.edu for example) but regular old andrew.cmu.edu accounts aren't guaranteed to last.
