paranoia and nagoya
I just want to say that I love the people who made this set of pages. They are awesome and wonderful. I've been working through their online "lessons" all day, which are really mini-quizzes. At the end of the chapter on directions (such as saying "the pen is under the desk", "the bag is next to the book", etc) they had a logic puzzle where you had to fill in a square with numbers and there are hints about which things are near each other and such... it is cool because it's not all intuitive, you have to read the clues and infer the stuff they left out. Whee!
I'm hoping to work through 4-5 lessons per day, and be done with all of their stuff by the end of the week. I wish I had a real level 3 booklet though... I get too worried about not covering the appropriate materials. I'm also really worried about my listening skills. I dug up my tape from second-year Japanese, though, and was able to work through most of the 聞き取り練習 (err.. kikitori renshuu, otherwise known as listening practice exercises).
The more I cram, the more I get worried about the test, although at the same time I get less worried because a lot of the stuff comes back to me as I study. I just have to keep at it all week. Saturday we'll hopefully get to go to Kinokuniya and Book-Off and Asahiya and all, and that will be good reading and speaking practice hopefully.
Anyway... hmm, I went to Sunday dinner tonight, but was distracted by my paranoia about studying. Blah.
